Graham Wilson is the broker owner of Century 21 Bravo Realty in Calgary. They are a respectively large real estate company with about 110 real estate agents. In 2008 when the recession hit they were doing about 2000 transactions a year and about $1 billion in sales. Within six months they lost 75 percent of their business and went from 2000 transactions a year to 500 transactions a year. So Graham needed to figure out how to proceed from that point in time.
