Laura Fair is a Halifax based consultant focused on supporting a neurodivergent workforce. Recently an opportunity arose to create educational video content with a local firm. During the filming session, Laura was asked for advice on how to support the company in its efforts to manage a neurodivergent employee. The challenge being addressed is how to respond to this request.
