Navina Balasingam is the General Manager of Capital Markets Malaysia, a company based in Kuala Lumpur that was set up to promote the Malaysian capital markets internationally and within the country. During Covid, her company was given funding and a mandate to fulfill some KPI’s to promote Malaysian capital markets abroad. Just after receipt of the funding, all travel was shut down.
