Richard Ong is CEO of Smart Reader Worldwide, an education service provider located in Kuala Lumpur. Recently, they found themselves in a midst of a dilemma. Their schools were doing very well but were situated in one locality. They faced a situation where parents were sending their children to them. They were not neighbourhood children but probably travelled thirty or forty kilometres each way. The option was delivered to them through the parents themselves was they would like for Smart Reader to move closer to them. The challenge was how to accomplish this.
