CK Chiau is the Founder and Managing Director of MyStudy Sdn Bhd, a company located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia that helps Malaysian high school students study abroad after graduation at overseas universities and colleges. His problem is that he has been too successful in placing students at universities with one particular country, Ireland. He worries that too much of his company’s revenue derives from his relationship with Irish universities and wonders if this could affect the long-term sustainability of his company. CK’s challenge is to figure out a strategy moving forward that addresses this concern.
