FYidoctors operates optometrist clinics across Canada and is a provider of eye care services and products.
David Henry is its Senior Director of Strategy and Execution. Recently, the company has been integrating a large number of acquisitions. To accelerate growth, it established an important partnership and invested in a new ERP system, a pay work system and integration processes in order to fold the acquisitions into the company.
