FYidoctors 1
David Henry is the Senior Director of Strategy and Execution for FYidoctors. FYidoctors operates optometrist clinics across Canada and is a provider of eye care services and products. Recently he had a big information technology challenge to overcome. During a system upgrade, David and his team discovered that they were running blind and were not able to view the full time equivalents (FTE's) or workload measures that enabled them to compare performance across different business units of the company. This was especially important as the company had just acquired a large number of new businesses and was in the midst of integrating them into its operations.
