They train workers for the Malaysian aerospace industry, one that is projected to have a shortfall of 5000 workers in the next few years. His challenge is that too many students are exiting the program before the conclusion of their studies, or right after graduation due to the low salaries in the industry. Many have concluded that they can work as delivery drivers or in similar occupations and make more money. Mohammed’s challenge along with his colleagues is to come a solution to retain students and graduates in the aerospace industry.
