Bill Said is former Head of Greater China for ScotiaBank. One of the main issues that he deals with in Greater China is managing the regulatory environment and marrying that with the expectations that Scotia Bank has for growth in that market given its GDP levels and what the expectations are from head office for his team to perform in the second largest economy in the world. He needs to develop a strategy with this in mind.
