Ryan Oxner is the Development and Communications Coordinator in the Wolfville, Nova Scotia office of L’Arche Home Fires. The organization supports adults with intellectual disabilities. The organization runs a small walk-in retail store with the aim of generating revenue. Unfortunately, it is currently not meeting expectations. Ryan’s challenge is to come up with a viable path forward.
