Karen Oldfield, CEO of the Halifax Port Authority has a challenge to overcome. Despite its importance to the North American economy, the Port of Halifax is an undervalued asset in the eyes of many important stakeholderrs in government and in industry. Oldfield needs to figure out how to place the Port top mind of mind among these stakeholders.
