Hraefna Saetran is a restaurant co-owner in Reykjavik, Iceland. In 2010, her restaurant, Fishmarket and others like it faced an unprecedent crisis. A major volcanic eruption occurred shutting airspace in much of Europe. The result was that tourists stopped coming to Iceland for a period of time. The challenge that she and her co-owners faced was what to do in order to survive. Visit casenet.ca for more free, open access decision focused video teaching cases from Acadia University.
