Elwood Ink 1
Sherri Elwood is a writer and producer of Call Me Fitz, a television series that runs on HBO. The issue that she addresses is how to create the highest quality television program with the least amount of money. It is important that her show is able to compete in the global market specifically because it is an English language comedy in the American market. Her only concern and this is how she approaches every problem in her show, is what is going to make it the very best quality. Casting is where you can tell if a show is not good and will not be able to compete - quality of the acting. As the show is filmed in Nova Scotia, much of it in a rural area, she need to carefully identify and think through her options.
