Sarah Anderson is a Justice of the Peace and former owner of East Coast Pop Up Weddings located in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. In her first year of operation, she encountered a couple who had made a choice of a wedding venue location but then on the day of the big event were very unhappy with their choice and put the blame on her company. Her challenge moving was how to manage this situation given that the couple had share their discontent on social media.
