Benjamin Bridge 1
In this multimedia case, Gerry McConnell addresses an issue he needed to resolve. The President of Benjamin Bridge winery, Gerry and his wife had a dream and it was to create world class wines in Nova Scotia, something that was unheard of. The challenge was how to execute on it. They recognized early on that neither of them had the talent to make world class wines. They did not know all the issues associated with the kind of grapes they should grow or the kind of varieties they should have. The issue from the get-go was how do they find the talent to execute on that dream. Visit casenet.ca for more free, open access decision focused video teaching cases from Acadia University.
