Emily Tebogt owns and operate Tebogts Meat and Produce located just outside of Wolfville in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia. Every year she needs to attract labour to her small farm operation on a seasonal basis. She has discovered that is becoming more challenging each year. Her task is to come up with different strategies for doing so.
