Azril Abu Bakr is an analyst in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with a political research company known as Metrix Associates Sdn Bhd. Recently, the company had the opportunity to do a survey to find out about leadership but the problem it had was how to understand leadership in Malaysia given the ethnic make up of the country. There challenge is how to collect this type of information.
