Victor Goh is the Senior Director for Regional Marketing Asia for semiconductor manufacturer Vishay Intertechnology and not too long ago, he had a problem. The company was growing with double digit growth and wanted to expand it operations and sales and continue its success in the Asia Pacific region. With Asia being such a big market and covering a large area they had to make a decision about how they would support and fuel this growth.
