Roxanne Colthurst runs Colthrust PR, a communication firm located in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. Recenly her firm won a very important overseas contract. It is with a large Caribbean based organization. They have asked her firm to put their communications activities in place over fifteen Caribbean countries. At the tendering stage her firm was also asked to formulate a budget and a strategy as to what theye would like to do in communications and PR for this organization. A very comfortable tender or quotation was submitted. Recently they signed the contract and are moving ahead, interacting with the client. Two months into the program a lot more demands have been placed on her firm, demands that are beyond what what were envisioned in the tendering phase. What should they do?
