Barbados Lumber Company 2

Ashley Toppin is the Executive Chairman of the Barbados Lumber Company. Recently he had to deal with a situation in the company that involved a conflict of interest amongst their senior managers. The shareholder discovered that some of their managers were involved in supplying goods and materials to the business. Some were supplying freight-in services on behalf of the business as well. This was very important because it caused conflict and confusion with some of their main customers. So the challenge was what to about these managers and their practices.
